Switched Off Sundays
A weekly practice for using technology more intentionally.

Our phones have become the default.
A spare five minutes becomes scrolling. A walk becomes a podcast. Waiting in a queue becomes checking notifications. Before long, it's possible to get to the end of the day without having experienced many moments that weren't filled by a screen.
Switched Off Sundays is about changing that.
Once a week, set a simple boundary and spend a little time intentionally disconnected. Not to reject technology. Not to prove anything.
Just to build the habit of stepping away from it, noticing how it feels, and choosing when you want technology in your life rather than letting it choose for you.
Over time, those small moments create something bigger: more presence, more breathing room and more of your life spent where you actually want to be.
