The Parent Digital Reset
A four-week guided programme for parents who want a healthier relationship with their phone.

You already know your phone is taking more of your attention than you'd like.
Maybe it's during family meals. Or while your children are playing. Maybe it's those evenings where you meant to read, chat or get an early night, but somehow ended up scrolling instead.
Most of us already know we should spend less time on our phones. The difficult part is making those changes stick when you're tired, stressed or just running on autopilot.
The Parent Digital Reset combines practical habit change with the accountability of a small group of parents working towards the same goal.
How it works
Over four weeks you'll join a cohort of up to ten parents. Each week you'll:
- Join a live group session
- Set a realistic goal for the week ahead
- Experiment with practical changes that fit around family life
- Check in between sessions to stay accountable and learn from the group
Together we'll identify what's driving your phone habits, build strategies that work for your life and create a plan you can continue after the programme ends.
What's included
- Four live weekly group sessions
- Daily accountability between sessions
- A practical workbook with exercises and reflections
- A supportive group of up to ten parents
£99

This isn't about perfection.
There will still be busy days. There will still be tired evenings. There will still be moments when you slip back into old habits.
The goal isn't to have the lowest screen time. It's to feel back in control of your phone, spend more of your time where you want to be, and model a healthier relationship with technology for your children.
